It is a beautiful place located in Dolega, 20 minutes driving from Boquete. It is a short hike and it is about a 2.76 mile round trip. Also has a beautiful landscape. At the end there is a natural pool with a nice waterfall where we can swim.

FITNESS: Proper training no previous experience required. Hiking this trail, short sections of the trail are quite strenuous.

NOTE: During the rainy season, this trail can be quite slippery in places.
