It is a rock formation where the Estí river passes in the middle. This is a relaxing activity and we drive 45 min from Boquete to The Minni canyons. Normally people jump from a top that is 4 meters or 3 meters high. The water is 8 meters deep. Jumping is optional also you can walk through the lower part and walk too deep. We spend about 3 hours there, depending on the itinerary.
